Geography: international jurisdictions

One objective. Different legal systems.

Our work is not limited to one country or region. We build the legal route around the client’s objective and involve appropriate local specialists across Europe, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and other markets.

How we work

Four stages instead of chaos

Before the project starts, you understand the scope, responsibilities, constraints and next step.

01

Assessment

We review the objective, parties, jurisdictions, timing and available documents.

02

Legal route

We set out the sequence, risks, participants and indicative timeline and budget.

03

Execution

We coordinate local specialists, prepare documents and keep communication in one channel.

04

Ongoing support

After launch, we remain the point of entry for corporate, contractual and administrative matters.

Clarity before engagement

Clarity first. Action second.

At the initial stage we establish whether we can help, which information is needed and which promises would be inappropriate to make in advance.

About

One coordination centre for cross-border matters

S365.PRO is an international legal and administrative support project for businesses and private interests. We work through a network of subject-matter specialists and local representatives, taking account of the law and business practice of each jurisdiction.

Communication is available in English, Spanish and Russian. Where regulated professional status is required, we engage appropriately licensed specialists in the relevant country.

“A robust international structure starts not with incorporation, but with understanding why it is needed, how it will operate and where the risks arise.”
The S365.PRO working principle

Before the first consultation

Key questions, clear answers

Many corporate and administrative procedures can be organised under a power of attorney. It depends on the country, bank, type of action and identification rules, which we verify before starting.

No. The bank makes the final decision after reviewing the client and the transaction. We assess feasibility, prepare the file and manage communication, but cannot replace the bank’s decision.

Yes. Geography is determined by the client’s objective. For each country we confirm feasibility, involve suitable local specialists and define responsibilities in advance.

Yes. We first review the status and documents, then propose a plan to remedy, continue or refer the matter to the appropriate specialist.

After the initial review. We define stages, scope and participating specialists. Discrete tasks may be fixed-fee; complex matters are priced by stage or time.
